It’s always nice pampering yourself. When I was younger I used to love doing face masks. But there are so many ingredients in face masks that are counter productive when it comes to helping our skin. Here is an all natural face mask recipe that will help to hydrate and soothe inflamed skin. These ingredients are so natural that you could eat this face mask (although I don’t suggest it!) These ingredients are amazing to include in your diet regularly to help your skin from the inside out!


1/2 avocado

1/2 cucumber

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp vitamin e oil

Simply blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
