Your habits, your thoughts, your choices, your words, your actions, your relationships...they are all either building health or building disease. And not just on the physical level but also in the mental, emotional & spiritual. So if your wondering why you haven’t achieved your goals or you get to point a and then find a road block in your way that seems impossible to get past, take a look around you.
