With our knowledge of plant allies and their wisdom, along with our background in Culinary Nutrition, we aim to help foster relaxing and comfortable alcohol-free spaces with refreshing drinks that nourish your taste buds and cultivate authentic experiences and genuine connections.
WHAT IS AN ELIXIR?
Elixirs are a liquid solution containing herbs, used to treat or cure an illness. Unlike traditional elixirs, Barefood&Barefoot’s promote well-being, amplify our mood and are simply enjoyed by enticing our senses.
Our elixirs are handcrafted to serve as an alchemical vehicle for delivering herbal remedies in an approachable, delicious and exciting way.
Each one is a combination of herbal simple syrups, infusions, organic fruits and juices to make our enticing beverages.
Ingredients are sourced locally when available (around 70%). Additionally, we use natural sweeteners, including Local Raw Honey, Glycerin, Maple Syrup and Coconut Sugar, rather than refined sugars.

Flowers of Eden
A delicately floral and sour tonic elixir to promote peace and tranquility, expansion and growth, fostering a sense of rebirth and renewal from our Spring menu.
Ingredients: Tulsi Infusion, Local Honey Infused with Lilac, Rose and Elderflower, Lemon Juice
Conscious Dreamer
A subtly sweet mint, lavender herbal soda elixir to uplift your mood, energize your body and calm your mind from our Summer menu.
Ingredients: Mint, Butterfly Pea Flower, Tulsi and Lemon Balm Infused Local Raw Honey, Lavender Infusion, Sparkling Water
Rooted Resilience
A tart tonic elixir to build resilience, create a sense of grounding and to support in spiritual protection as the days get shorter and the dark season arrives from our Fall menu.
Ingredients: Cranberry Juice, Local Honey Infused with Sage, Rosemary, Wood Betony & Burdock Root

A creamy dessert-like elixir to uplift your mood, tap into your sensuality and support your connection to the divine from our Winter menu.
Ingredients: Butterfly Pea Flower, Maca, Damiana, Vanilla, Maple Syrup, Warmed Coconut Milk
Alcohol is culturally accepted and expected at social events, but many people are opening their eyes to see the negative effects of alcohol and sober curiosity is growing. Repeated alcohol leads to detrimental physical, mental, emotional and spiritual effects. These are correlated with consuming an average of as little as seven drinks throughout the span of one week, with the average American consuming 9.5 drinks per week. By providing healthy and intentional Elixirs, we make it easy to enjoy a sober experience through herbs that uplift our mood, foster relaxation, cultivate connection and promote wellness.
