In- Person: If you are located in Portland, OR and surrounding areas, I will come to you! You can practice in the comfort of your own home. If you would like to have your session at a different location this can be arranged for an additional charge.
Virtual: Virtual sessions are offered to anyone, anywhere!
A one-on-one private session is great for beginners, seasoned yogis and anyone in between! Private sessions allow your instructor to focus on just you and help you discover which poses are best for you and your specific needs at each session.
In a 75 minute private class we will begin with a grounding mediation, followed by Pranayama (breathwork), a warm up leading to the peak of the class, cool down and end with Savasana.
Throughout your lesson, I will provide you with both hands-on and verbal adjustments to help you move deeper into each pose in order to fully receive all of the benefits this practice can offer and help to avoid any injury. We will also focus on the proper breathing cues in each asana (pose), as this is the center of a yoga practice. This one-on-one attention is not usually possible in a regular yoga class and will help you begin to deepen your practice and see changes that extend beyond your mat and into your day to day life!
If you fairly new to yoga or have never practiced before, this a great option for you to learn proper alignment and technique from the beginning. Maybe you have been wanting to try yoga but are feeling a little nervous, overwhelmed, anxious, self-conscious, etc. thinking that you aren’t “flexible enough,” “strong enough,” or maybe you just feel a little intimidated being in a larger group of people. This is perfectly normal and private session can help you begin or expand your practice with more safety and comfort than a group class environment.

Please make sure you have enough space for the number of people you choose to include in your semi-private session. If you would like to have your session at a different location this can be arranged for an additional charge per person.
A semi-private yoga session has all of the same benefits of a private session (listed above) but allows you to invite family or friends to join in and receive all the amazing benefits of a yoga practice with you! This is a great option if you are feeling hesitant to venture into the world of yoga alone. It is also a great alternative to a night out.
