Summer is almost here! The birds are chirping and the sun is shining! Growing up I always loved drinking a nice cold glass of lemonade on hot days. I used to have lemonades stands a lot when I was younger too. Now I mostly stick to water because any other drinks are usually filled with sugar and just too sweet for me. But with summer in the air I have been craving a nice glass of lemonade. Of course I had to switch it up a bit so I came up with this super simple Matcha Lemonade. Here it is!

What you’ll need:

– 1/4 a cup of lemon juice

(about one large or two small lemons)

– 3 drops of liquid stevia

– 1 tbs matcha powder

– 1 1/4 cups of cold water

– 1/4 cup of ice

1. Start by adding the lemon juice and matcha into a mason jar (or any other cup). Use a spoon to mix the matcha until it is dissolved into the lemon juice.

2. Add the stevia and then water. Adjust stevia, lemon juice and water to taste.

3. Add the ice and mix it around to make the rest of the drink chilled.

4. Enjoy!
