I love dessert! It’s even better when the dessert tastes delicious AND it’s healthy! My favorite ingredient for almost all of my desserts is raw cacao! Cacao is a superfood that comes from the seeds of the fruit from cacao trees and it is filled with phytonutrients (sulfur, magnesium, phenylethylamine and more). It is known to help maintain muscle and nerve function, it is rich in iron leading it help reduce symptoms caused my anemia, and can even help to enhance your mood. Cacao is chocolate in its most raw and natural form. So if you love chocolate, you’ll love this Chocolate Banana “Milkshake” recipe. Check it out below! I promise you won’t be disappointed.
